Bonspiels
What is a Bonspiel?
Bonspiels (usually shortened to "Spiels") are curling tournaments. Depending on format, they can last anywhere from one to four days. Some spiels are for club members only, while larger ones are open to participation by players and teams from other curling clubs. Bonspiels are designated as Mens, Womens, Mixed (two men and two women), or Open (any combination). They are great fun and an opportunity to meet lots of other curlers.

The Turnpike Challege is a friendly bonspiel between JPCC and Plainfield Curling Club
The Ryan AdamSpiel
The Ryan AdamSpiel is JPCC's internal Men's spiel. This spiel was named after ex-president and long time member, Ryan Adamson, to thank him for his years of unwavering support and service to this club.
All-American
The All-American is JPCC's internal Women's spiel. The All-American has been sponsored nationwide by The United States Women's Curling Association since 1966. The USWCA provides beautiful All-American pins to each club for this event.
Retro Rocks
Retro Rocks is JPCC's internal open bonspiel that is themed around a different year in the past each season.
Frosted Mug
The Frosted Mug is a friendly bonspiel between JPCC and Diamond State Curling Club.
DevilSpiel
The DevilSpiel is our annual competitive spiel welcoming 14 teams from clubs up and down the east coast.
